The doctors and staff at both CHCP Newington and CHCP Calvert in Hull are proud to offer the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare. We aim to treat all our patients promptly, courteously and in complete confidence.

If you would like to register with us, please complete one of our registration forms and new patient questionnaire that are available from our reception desks or telephone the practice or bring in your medical card. You will be registering with the practice rather than an individual GP.

TEMPORARY PRACTICE CLOSURE  CALVERT due to severe staffing pressures and illness Calvert will be closed ALL Fridays in December, January, February and March.  ALL CLINICS HAVE BEEN MOVED TO NEWINGTON.   

Calvert is open Monday - Thursday as usual.

Prescriptions - You can still collect your prescriptions between 10am and 1pm on the days we are closed.  

If you wish to speak with a receptionist please call 336111.
